What is Earthly Health Foundations?

Starting naturopathic care can feel like a lot to take in. The Foundations package gives us the time and space to look at the bigger picture - your health history, nutrition, lifestyle and blood results - so we can understand where you are and where to go next.

EXPLORE: A one hour appointment to explore your health story, current conditions, lifestyle, nutrition, stress, sleep and goals.
NOURISH: A 30 minute review to look closely at how you are nourishing your body, with practical recommendations tailored to your individual needs.
UNDERSTAND: A 30 minute analysis, putting your blood test results into context alongside your symptoms, health history and goals so we can better understand the bigger picture.

At the end of your Foundations journey, you'll have:

A deeper awareness of your health and current conditions.
A personalised review of your diet and nutritional foundations.
A better understanding of your blood test results and what they may tell us.
Practical recommendations tailored to your lifestyle goals.
A clearer direction for your ongoing naturopathic care.

Foundations is for new clients only.

Investment: $295

Rather than addressing one piece of the puzzle at a time, this three-appointment journey allows us to explore your health history, nutrition and blood test results together, creating a clearer picture and a more personalised path forward.

Valued at $320 when booked separately.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes you may be unable to attend an appointment, however a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations to allow time to offer the appointment to those waiting and make alternative arrangements.

If less than 24 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.
In the case of a 'no-show', the full session fee will be charged.

Earthly Health will not provide refunds on packages once commenced. Deposits paid at the time of booking are non-refundable.

Please confirm your appointment by replying to automatic text reminders. If you are unable to attend your appointment in-person, Telehealth consults can be arranged.

Telehealth appointments will require payment before they commence.

I understand that sometimes illness or emergencies pop up from time to time, so please get in touch with me as early as you can. I appreciate your understanding.
